If my choices is getting shot in the arm or in the head, well F me. I dont have to like Unity as an enterprise. A lot of people will probably waste a lot of time and money porting their game to another engine and there is a very real possibility of they paying more at the end of it. The one time you cant be hotheaded is when there are literally thousand of dollars on the line. I am suspicious of the install thing but it wouldnt affect me cuz chances are I could just use Steam data for sales. You dont take the Pro into account, you dont take the fact install prices fall off into account, you dont take the fact using Unity service reduces stuff. And raise real concerns we need to take into account.ĩ0% of the thread could deleted because it is people talking out their asses with no real basis. But if I really wanna make a decision where literally thousand of dollars are on the line I NEED yall to argue real points. To stay there, and to encourage them to collect more money, even though they lie to us. ![]() I expect first of all that they come to meetĪnd keep away from the idea of wanting money for installations! It is incalculable, and abssolute risk, on top of that unfriendly and not a legitimately fair approach, towards a dev community that made them big. No! I rather look around for a bite basket!Īfter Unity, even in the statement today, still lies to the community in my eyes about being able to distinguish Humble Bundle sales from Steam Keys ( ridiculous ), you expect them to listen Aha ? So the lion wants everything from your plate, and you think we should not rebel about it, but feed him with sugar, because otherwise he won't listen ?Įhm.
